Grass Groomers, Inc was founded in 1991 by Mike Boren a graduate of Eastmoor High School and linebacker for the University of Michigan. His sons Justin, Zach and Jacoby all went on to play football at The Ohio State University. The Boren's are passionate about the outcomes the company produces and how this relates to customer satisfaction. You will not find another company with our level of customer care.
Mike Boren
President
An Eastmoor High graduate, Mike attended the University of Michigan to play linebacker for Bo Schembechler. He returned to Columbus to start Grass Groomers and is still an integral part of the day-to-day operations.
Justin Boren
VP of Business Development
Justin played football at Michigan before transferring to The Ohio State University. He was 1st Team All-Big Ten and 2nd Team All-American. Justin leads new business development and oversees the Client C.A.R.E. Team.
Jacoby Boren
VP of Business Operations
Jacoby was a Captain of the 2015 Buckeyes and an Academic All-American. His time at OSU included a National Championship and a 4-0 record vs Michigan. He drives landscape operations and fleet management.
Grant Hammond
Director of Financial Operations
Grant is a 2015 graduate of The Ohio State University's Fisher College of Business, specializing in accounting. Grant joined Grass Groomers while a student-athlete at OSU on the Track and Field Team.
