Safety
Employees who work safely are employees who have been properly trained. Our training program for new employees includes apprenticeship under the direction of our production manager and a senior level supervisor. Continuing education is included in our weekly team meetings.
LS Training Program
- Grass Groomers utilizes the LS Training System in a classroom experience
- Our employees are trained on every piece of equipment they use on your property
- To be certified on each piece of equipment, employees compete a comprehensive online lesson and exam
Site Assessment Visits (SAV)
- The goal of site assessment visits is to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
- We can prioritize the urgency of each issue and monitor it to a resolution with complete transparency to the client
